We offer reliable, simple shipping across South Africa, whether you prefer collecting your parcel from a Pudo locker or having it delivered to your door. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Options & Rates

You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout:

1. Locker Delivery via Pudo – R75

Collect your parcel from a secure Pudo locker near you, whenever it suits you.

2. Courier to Your Door – R95

Have your order delivered straight to your home or office.

3. Free Shipping on orders over R900

Applies to both locker and door-to-door delivery options.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Packing time: 2–3 working days

• Delivery time: 1–4 working days once shipped

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is on the way

How Locker Delivery (Pudo) Works

1. At checkout, choose the “Locker Delivery via Pudo” option
2. In the Order Notes box, type your preferred Pudo locker location (If you’re unsure, check pudo.co.za/lockers)
3. When your parcel is delivered, you’ll get a PIN via SMS or email
4. Use the PIN to collect your parcel from the locker

If you forget to enter your preferred locker, we’ll get in touch to confirm it before shipping.

FAQs

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking link.

What if I forget to choose a locker?

No problem — just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at tania@taniasteyn.com and we’ll help you select the right location before we ship.

Do you deliver to rural areas?

Yes — for door-to-door delivery, we’ll use The Courier Guy to reach most locations in South Africa. Please note, rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently only ship within South Africa. If you’re outside SA and would love to place an order, feel free to email us at tania@taniasteyn.com — we’d love to hear from you.

My parcel is late — what should I do?

If it’s been more than 7 working days since your parcel was shipped, please email us and we’ll follow up with the courier for you.

Can I get gift wrapping or a note included?

Yes! Just leave a message at checkout and we’ll happily include a handwritten note and gift wrapping — at no extra charge.
