This tea towel features an African Barred Owlet resting quietly between a frame of layered marula leaves in soft green tones. Small but full of character, the owl sits calmly within the foliage, its spotted feathers blending naturally into the bushveld palette.
The African Barred Owlet is best known for being partly diurnal (active during the day), frequently spotted on open perches, and notorious for getting mobbed by small birds when detected. This design captures that quiet, watchful presence among the trees.
Printed on 100% cotton slub for a lightly textured, absorbent finish. Designed and made in South Africa.
